Dr. Alex Wyatt and his research team at the Vancouver Prostate Centre have published a new paper in Clinical Cancer Research exploring hematologic changes following radioligand therapy (RLT) in metastatic prostate cancer.
The work was led by PhD student Asli Munzur, who presented the initial findings at ASCO 2025. The study reports an increase in clonal hematopoiesis after treatment, highlighting an emerging consideration as radioligand therapies such as Lu-PSMA are increasingly evaluated across broader prostate cancer populations.
This research represents a successful collaboration with the ANZUP trial group in Australia.
This work contributes important evidence to the evolving field of translational urologic oncology.
